Past Life Regression

A technique to take us back through time using hypnosis, so far back in time that the rich and intricate memories of previous life times are rediscovered and explored.

 A powerful therapy in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues.

Talk Therapy

An old technique which is seriously missed in this new, fast paced world of ours. A beautiful and intimate experience indeed. Sometimes we just need someone to listen to us without judgement.

What is Past life Regression?

And why are we drawn to it?

Past Life Regression is when we use hypnosis to take us back through time to discover other lives we lived before this one. There are a number of reasons that we may be drawn to having a regression, here are just a few:

  • A repeating pattern or issue shows up in our lives and we feel the cause may be rooted in a past life;
  • We find ourselves drawn to a different era in time, places or people and things that we feel a shared connection to and we just don’t know why;
  • In the hopes of experiencing a positive and inspiring past life memory that uplifts our spirit and gives us a renewed sense of being;
  • Simply out of curiousity as to what past lives we have experienced.

Whatever the reason, be assured that regression can help us better understand ourselves in the present and very often will help to release us from certain aspects of the past, taking us into a far brighter future.

In addition to past life regression, I also offer Hypnotherapy & Talk Therapy. Here are just a few of the areas these therapies can be applied to.

More than just mere suggestion…

At it’s core, hypnosis is when the mind is in an almost trancelike state, relaxed yet heightened at the same time. It’s more like daydreaming than sleep – we are alert and focused yet tune out most of the external stimuli around us.

In this state we are accessing the subconscious directly. In our day to day lives though, we are only aware of the thought processes of the conscious mind. When we go into a state of deep relaxation and focus, the conscious mind steps back and this allows the hypnotherapist to work directly with the subconscious mind.

In a conscious state we are more prone to be guarded and controlled, in a subconscious state we more in touch with our creativity, imagination and feel more free. I imagine that artists, writers, poets and other creative types are in a state of self hypnosis when they create.

The subconscious is where all our memories are stored, some say every thought and every experience we have ever had are stored here. This is why we use hypnosis as a tool in hypnotherapy as a healing modality and past life regression.

The mind is fascinating and complex – there is still so much still to learn!

Remember – Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation AND focus, you are always aware of what is going on around you. You cannot ever be ‘made’ to do anything that you don’t want to.

Talk Therapy

Let’s talk it out.

Good, old fashioned conversation – where has it gone?

We live in a world that has become super fast paced, we are busy all the time – not much opportunity any more to sit and just talk. We are all attached to some or other device, electronic beeps and shrieks demanding our attention. Its no wonder that there is a rise in anxiety, stress and mental health conditions.

The more ‘connected’ we have become – the further apart we seem. The rise of technology is our blessing and our curse for sure. What we seem to be missing is the need for balance. I love technology as much as the next person, however as with everything in life – we do need to find a harmonious balance.

Talk Therapy I feel is a very important aspect to obtaining this balance. To some, it is an outdated mode of therapy – personally I feel its importance has got lost in this world of the ‘quick fix’. At our core as humans, we desire connection and understanding. We want to feel that we matter, our opinions, feelings and desires matter.

Sometimes we just need to be heard, without judgement!
